Bulk donor information requests
Chase missing donor info from your entire list in one click. Personalised emails, a validated self-serve form, and a queue to bulk-approve the replies.
What's new:
- New Request Donor Updates action on the Incomplete Profiles report
- Three live counters in the compose modal: receiving / skipped / recently emailed (7-day cooldown)
- Personalised emails with a 7-day-expiring link to a branded, mobile-friendly form
- Form validation rejects VAT and PAYE numbers in the tax-number field, runs SARS check-digit checks on income tax numbers, validates ID numbers
- Replies land in a Donor Updates queue. Bulk-approve, or merge with detected duplicates.

How to use it:
From the Incomplete Profiles report, click Request Donor Updates. Edit the default template if you want, send a test to yourself, then queue the batch. Track replies under Donors → Donor Updates.
