📎 Document Attachments — Centralised File Storage

You can now upload and store documents directly within ActiveDonor, keeping all your important files in one place alongside the records they relate to.

What's new

Attachments are supported across four modules:

• Donors — Upload correspondence, BBBEE certificates, agreements, and other donor-related documents directly to a donor's profile.
• Receipts — Attach proof of payment, deposit slips, or payment notifications to a specific receipt.
• Section 18A Certificates — Upload supporting invoices or delivery notes for goods-in-kind donations directly to the certificate.
• Projects — Store campaign materials, budgets, or project-specific documents on the relevant project.

The Documents tab on each donor profile gives you a consolidated view of every file attached to that donor across all modules — no need to open individual receipts or certificates to track down a document.

Storage & limits

• Maximum 5 MB per file
• Unlimited number of file uploads
• Global storage quota per organisation based on your plan
• View your storage usage at any time under Settings → Subscription
