Bring historical Section 18A certificates from any previous system into ActiveDonor via CSV or XLSX. Audit trail intact. Fully reversible.
What's new:
- New importer at Certificates → Import
- CSV or XLSX upload (up to 5 MB, 3,000 rows per file)
- Auto-matching column-mapping screen with manual override
- Three-stage queued processing: donors → receipts → certificates
- Auto-syncs receipt and certificate sequence numbers so new issuances continue from the highest imported number
- Compliance sweep flags imported rows that wouldn't pass today's SARS rules
- Per-row results in a downloadable Excel file with donor/receipt/certificate status and reasons
- Per-import Rollback button that removes every donor, receipt, and certificate from that run and rewinds sequence numbers
- Concurrent imports blocked (one at a time per tenant)

How to use it:
Open Certificates → Import, download the template, populate, upload. Review the column mapping. Click Import. Download the results file when the job completes.
